Here are some multimedia maps you may be able to use with your curriculum: Storytelling with Maps

GeoGuessr: You may remember using GeoGuessr at the October First Friday PD this year. It's easy to customize your own GeoGuessr based on your curriculum--this works particularly well for foreign language, social studies, art, earth science, and biology.

Here are two you can have a look at. Have your classes or Powerblock test their Asheville and USA knowledge! Please let us know if you are interested in customizing your own GeoGuessr.

"The study of geography is about more than just memorizing places on a map. It's about understanding the complexity of our world, appreciating the diversity of cultures that exists across continents. And in the end, it's about using all that knowledge to help bridge divides and bring people together."                           -- President Barack Obama
